Robotic Fatwa Service to Assist Worshipers at Masjid al-Haram!
Haramain Sharif Plans to Introduce Fatwa Robots for Pilgrim Assistance During the Final Decade of Ramadan.
Every Ramadan, particularly during its final ten days, Haramain Sharif experiences a significant surge in pilgrim numbers, attracting not only individuals from across the globe but also a substantial turnout from within Saudi Arabia seeking to spend the auspicious last days and nights.
The administration of Haram Sharif remains committed to enhancing pilgrim experience, and this year, it will implement artificial intelligence to further streamline services for the pilgrims.
As per reports from Arab media, Masjid al-Haram will introduce mobile fatwa robots equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi systems. These robots will assist visitors in resolving fatwas and other queries in 11 languages, including Urdu.
Additionally, the Haramain Sharifin Institution has established counters and cabins across various locations since the last decade of Ramadan to promptly address pilgrims' concerns. Scholars are available at these locations to offer direct assistance to pilgrims. Moreover, information booklets in multiple languages are also being provided to further aid pilgrims.
The administration has also introduced a toll-free hotline for inquiries related to religious matters concerning Ramadan. Pilgrims can reach out at any time to seek guidance and solutions for their concerns.
