"Tech Giant Google Makes Landmark Announcement to Boost Modern Education in Pakistan"
As per reports, Google, the leading American tech corporation, has outlined its initiative to set up 50 smart schools in the federal capital Islamabad.
Insiders reveal that these smart schools will be outfitted with 30,000 Google for Education IDs, facilitating instruction in artificial intelligence and other digital tools to students.
Regarding this matter, Umar Farooq, the representative of Google in Pakistan, appeared on the ARY News program Awabira Sawira to brief viewers about this project.
Farooq mentioned that the Google for Education team has been actively involved in Pakistan for the past two years. Alongside their Pakistani partner Tech Valley, the team met with the Federal Secretary of Education to present forthcoming plans for Pakistan's education sector.
Umar Farooq clarified that while the Federal Ministry of Education is overseeing the construction of these schools, Google will be responsible for furnishing all the necessary equipment, providing teacher training, and ensuring facilities are in place within the schools.
