WhatsApp is developing a feature that will allow users to effortlessly send messages to individuals not saved in their contacts.
According to the information available, users of the Meta-owned messaging app currently face a limitation in making voice calls to individuals not listed in their contact list. However, there is a possibility that WhatsApp is poised to address this issue.
A foreign news organization reported in 2023 that WhatsApp was developing a feature to enable users to effortlessly send messages to individuals not saved in their contact list.
According to the report, while the previously mentioned feature has yet to be introduced, WhatsApp is currently in the process of developing an in-app dialer. This in-dialer functionality will enable users to initiate calls without the need to save the phone number beforehand.
Additionally, the report notes that this new feature has been observed in the latest beta version of WhatsApp designed for Android devices.
