Henry Ejder, founder of Latent Space Advisory and a prominent authority on generative AI, highlights the importance of assessing the symmetry of shadows and highlights in images. Additionally, he emphasizes the significance of scrutinizing eye movements, particularly blinking, in videos. Unnatural eye movements and skin distortions, such as prominent lens flares and unbalanced facial features, are common indicators of AI-generated content.
Ejder notes that inconsistencies are prevalent in AI-generated images, such as disproportionately short hands, excessively long fingers, or discrepancies between the size of the head and feet relative to the rest of the body.
